Patrick
Dunn began his music career only a short time ago when a friend dared him to sing
karaoke at a local establishment. Two months later he suprised a lot of people
by winning the 2005 Maple City Idol Contest of Lenawee County, in Michigan. This
past summer he was Runner-Up in the Nationally Recognized, Colgate Country Showdown.
Ever since then Patricks career has only been on the rise. Nashville recording
artist Charles Elliott was a judge at the showdown and liked all of the potential
he saw in Pat and asked to tour with him for the remainder of 2006 and also 2007,
totaling 14 dates in all.
Pat has a sound of his own which comes through
loud and clear through his original songs. He began writing his own songs long
before he began his singing career. Pat's Debut album entitled, "What a Ride,"
will be out in mid to late February 2007, which consists of all of his own material
plus an old favorite for his cover song, "White Sport Coat" (orignally
done by Marty Robbins). Indian Ridge Recording Studio will be producing his new
CD and the sound will be fantastic. Jerry Eicher & Brenda Holdridge, owners
of Indian Ridge have strong ties to Nashville and have been working with Pat since
June 2005.
Don't miss "WHAT A RIDE" by Pat Dunn Coming In Feb.
